Cheops Travel, an Egyptian travel company founded by the entrepreneurs Mr.Salah El
Mohdar and his wife Mrs.Walaa Ghazala in 1981, with the license number (334 Category
A) from the Ministry of tourism. Cheops Travel caters to a variety of leisure, as well as
business travellers. With more than 40 years of experience in the country, numerous
business alliances with European tour operators, a family business attitude, a unique
travel edge coupled with comprehensive portfolio of services as well as an envisioned
culture, Cheops Travel has become and still strives to maintain a leadership position in
the Egyptian tourism industry.

A family business
Since its foundation and to the present day, Cheops Travel has been a family business. In 2006, two more family members joined the team: Mr. Sherif & Ms.Sarah El Mohdar. The educated, passionate and seasoned young adults added more activity, creativity and passion to the company. Entrusted with growing responsibilities, these two young adults proved worthy of the trust expected of them and successfully injected energy, dynamism, faster management systems and a more youthful attitude to the way the business is being run.
